Hello, recently I received a payment for a service I have done and the transaction has gone through no problem. It says the money is available in my account via my PayPal balance. Whenever I try to purchase using my PayPal balance I get a message saying "Please return to merchant and try using a different payment method" when I try to send the money it says "We have run into a problem" but it doesn't tell me what the problem is considering I have the money in my account. Has anyone else had this problem? If so how could I fix this?
