Nah, you need to be ID verifiedDoes this mean any money on my paypal can't be used unless I have a card linked?
60% of paypal users are underage xDIn reality, if you're using PayPal properly (over 18) it's not hard to verify your identity. Just upload your driver's license and you're basically good to go. On the bright side it should help reduce the number of skids using PayPal and charging back on people, but unfortunately also reduces honest users who are actually trying to buy stuff.

How does having children's checking account verify a form of ID on your paypal?..That's cool. You have a lot of trust in a company that they follow all proper network security standards to basically put your identity in their hands.
Though for the OP, I think this is great. The new fees suck, but it's nothing new and nobody (at least here) uses F&F for actual friends or family. If you're thinking "oh shoot, ima youngin' without any form of ID, waddaya do?", my suggestion is talk to your parents about setting up a checkings account under your name. Most banks have "teenage checkings accounts" which puts one of your parents as a co-signer of your bank account. This is the best option imo.
