PayPal. People complain all the time, and for fair reasons, but if you’re of age and legit, they tend to be good. Their phone support is also excellent.
I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with Cash App. I straight up can’t add amounts more than $20 to the account, and I have to wait a good day or so between additions. Support has had no specifics, and just says sometimes additions are flagged as suspicious. Clearly not the case. If I’d been having a similar issue with PayPal, it would have been resolved in 10 minutes on the phone.
Cash App’s Bitcoin wallet works flawlessly though.
