Paypal Pending Problem.

So The item has already {Account} been given to the person. But the funds are on pending... anyone know how to resolve this? THe payments already been accepted. do i really gotta wait 21 days? its already been 1 day. Then when i try to confirm stuff it says
We're experiencing technical difficulties
We're sorry for the inconvenience. [Been like this for hours]

Note this has nothing to do with ebay or any selling website similar to ebay like amazon.

Its their bank holding the funds to make sure the transaction is not fraudulent and issued by the owner of the account .

Tell the buyer to check their email and look for one from PayPal. They will be asked to confirm that they have received the package. If they've already done this then the only other solution is to contact PayPal via Live chat.

Scroll all the way down and select "Chat with us" (login with your account)

We've placed the funds on hold because we believe this transaction may involve a higher risk than usual. The funds will appear in your pending balance and will be available after the order is fulfilled. - This is why it's like this, but any other transaction i've received has not been like this.[DOUBLEPOST=1553383195][/DOUBLEPOST]Problem has been solved the buyer came on and confirmed. Thread can either be deleted or locked tyvm for the help all!
