PayPal Personal, Premier and Business Accounts - Question

I heard one of these completely protects you from chargebacks and shit. Which one?

I mean, there's Paypal for Merchants, which claims to offer a bunch of protections.

It doesn't cover non-tangible items, though, so you won't have protection against selling accounts and stuff like that.
