Paypal PHP

So, I'm looking to use paypal and php, which from the examples seems easy enough, but
my only problem is where do I get the download for it?

Most PHP developers use a system called Composer to install libraries like that. On the GitHub page for the PayPal SDK there will be an installation section with the composer command to install the library.
