Paypal please help

Hey, basically my paypal just got limited which is a pain because I've only just this paypal. rip +$500.
So, I don't really have any knownledge how everything in paypal works. Sowhenever I try to make one everything just messes up and it doesn't let me recieve money or send.

I really want to make a paypal were I can store money and send money without adding my card. I had my card on my last one but I prefer not adding it again.

I have heard that Canadian paypal allows this, is that true? If anyone can help me I would highly appreciate it.

I don't have a card. However you need to be prepared to add info about yourself, like phone number, photo ID etc. Although the minimal you'll need is a confirmed phone number. And if you chargeback too often they'll ask you for photo ID, you can have a paypal without a bank card. It's worked for me (Sweden). If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

It used to work for me, I have never chargedback before so that wont really be a problem. So I guess I just need to add indentity? Should I make myself a Swedish one? Since I live here and it would be easier to confirm my indentity? Or should I make a canadian one?

If you're 19, you should have no problems with PayPal. I don't exactly understand your issue, your PayPal got limited, but can't you just prove your identity and then continue using that account?

I'm 18, I'm currently trying to solve my problem with my limited paypal.

But I want another account in future. Like the indentity stuff always messes up, and if I don't add my card it doesn't let me recieve or store money on the account.

If you are 18 and created your account with your respective information, you should have no problems 'unlimiting' it, simply follow the instructions to get it unlimited and then you can continue using that account. If you want to speed up the process, call up PayPal. As for your card, I don't see why you can't just add it.
