PayPal problem

PayPal won't let me add my bank account to my PayPal account. I googled it and it's because my last PayPal went in debt (bcus of kids charging back)and my bank account was connected to it. I tried logging into my old pp to remove the bank account but it won't let me login. So I googled why and it says I must ring PayPal to unlock the account.

So, I'm just wondering if PayPal will ask me for proof of age when I call them? Because I am 16 so not supposed to have paypal. If so, is there any other way to connect my bank to my new PayPal? Thanks

They won’t just remove your bank account from your limited PayPal, it works like that for a reason... they don’t want you to be able to use it on another account, and therefore won’t allow it.

Ya see, I had this issue with my debit card.

I had 2 seperate accounts -

My Bussiness PayPal
And My Personal
My personal went into the -'s. So I just closed the account. Then I got myself a new card (i ordered one), and it magically let me redo it.

I’ve had this same issue before, if your paypal is limited, you won’t be able to remove/make any changes, it won’t let you remove your bank account. I misread and through you were able to access it but just not able to remove your bank account. You’ll have to use another one, there’s no way around it until you’re 18.

lmao if you call the old one and tell them you're under 18 so you never actually agreed to their TOS all the debt goes away.. that's what happened to me after they called a fucking DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY on me over 70 bucks

I think its cus your paypal might not be in the us. had the same problem, and it's cus my bank isn't located in the us

my name was the same, i was just 16 at the time. its just like i never agreed to TOS so they just deleted my account
