Hey, recently I have realized that I am forced to add a credit card to my PayPal to send money VIA F&F but when I do Goods and Services, I can use my balance

I'm pretty sure it's just to prove your identity. Find an old visa gift card. They work.

they recently patched the prepaid visa problem you will need a legit visa card / debit card or bank account i personally use my bank card since it acts as a visa

PayPal is updating their security.

of course and i completely agree with it because children that are to young will just make an account and can possibly get scammed out of money they could use for something more important
