Was wondering if it was ok for me to create a second personal account on paypal.

The rules state that you can only have 1 buisness and 1 personal, but id like one for online transactions (my server, mcm deals) and one for my personal stuff. Could I get into any trouble for this?

I doubt they would go out of there way to punish you if you got caught.

They will just send you a friendly letter saying the account is against their ToS/AUP

It is dependent upon the actual account type you possess. PayPal are EXTREMELY good at limiting multiple accounts, although it may take time for such to occur. If your current account is a PayPal business account, then you'll be able to create a second personal account. However, if your current PayPal account is used for business purposes, but is still a personal account, one of your accounts is guaranteed to eventually become limited.

I have 3 paypal accounts in my household. If it gets limited contact them and say the other account is your account and the other one was you brother or sisters account. They will ask you for identity proof and then you are gucci
