When you click on the Purchases tab:

Then click on a PayPal ID:

It gives some random ass code..

It’s not random code. It’s the purchase and download information for that buyer.
We were hasty to get it out, so we’ve not done much in terms of formatting it all pretty like, but once some of the higher priority things are out of the way, it will be beautified.
