If the difficulty rating of robbing paypal is 100, then constantly selling bricks in PS4 boxes (via the internet) is around 60-70.
I'd rate the cunningness of the most cunning scam I've ever heard of on this site as 80, at most. The average level of cunningness from scammers on here would be around 30-40, with some outliers in both directions.
