I do nowadays let people pay me in F&F, let them open a chargeback and then cancel the chargeback. It's impossible to chargeback against me in the future if they do that way.

paypal has so many flaws I dont like it.

The fact that there's a lot of 13 year olds using it against the TOS doesn't make it to have so many flaws, its the people that use it risk themselves and then complain after that they lost all their money and blame the company rather than themselves for using their service in the first place. Ask your parents.
