Recently, my PayPal account got locked and I can't get it back because I am under 18 and don't have a credit card and bank account AND ALL THAT OTHER BULL SHIT. How can I have an account when I am under 18?

You can't MAKE it. Go to a grocery store and buy one. It costs like a minimum of $23.50, but then you can use $20 of that like a reg credit card

No, using like prepaid cards is perfectly fine. It really depends on what exactly paypal wants. If all it wants is a credit card it will work fine. If it wants like bank confirmation & utility bills, obviously not.

Accounts get locked even if you are actually over 18. There's always a chance if you're using it for things such as sales through F&F

I saw that I could make a virtual credit card and use that, it that a better option?

A virtual debit card is basically the same as a Prepaid card. So yes, it does work. BUT, you need to beware that your account could be limited at ANY time to anyone if Paypal sees suspicious activity, chargebacks, or sometimes, for the stupidest reasons. So be careful when using Paypal when using without the valid credientials.
