My PayPal recent got limited with a lot of money in it, and I need to make a new one.
How can I get it verified without linking a card, or is there a way to use a fake card?

Need this ASAP.

In order to be verified... You need...
Bank account, Photo ID, Social Security, and more...?

You only need a bank acc or credit card

I was verified with just a CC.

wdym?? you can receive and send payments through PayPal in F&F without any verification other than a phone. To recieve payments through like goodness and services you need to link a bank account
