PayPal... what are you doing

So, someone has chargedback on my resources and I have had similar chargeback few months ago, I just supplied them with my Terms and Conditions and pictures of the person purchasing the theme and them having 'Unlimited' license, which has won me a chargeback few months ago. Now this time, I have literally supplied the same evidence and they have decided against me, how ridiculous is that? I am going to appeal this obviously and most likely call up PayPal too, does anyone have any suggestions what else I can do to get those funds?

No literally just straight up said he didn't get the product, I didn't even bother replying and instantly escalated to the PayPal and supplied them with all the information and just now they tell me I lose the case, epic. I have literally won the similar case with same proof/messages but they are fucking inconsistent, so who knows what they want.

Yeah it's because they don't see that the user has received it/downloaded it. This is what MC-Market need to add - next to the PayPal transaction ID, a download date, so PayPal can use that as proof of delivery.

Tell them that exactly. I'd also point the process on downloading the resource since they want the dumb dumb steps for everything. I'd say something as to why they might think they did not receive the product but they have access to it whenever and that they just need to hit the download button (obviously make this in a little more professional manner).
