Hi, I believe I was in a little debt with PayPal, I was intending to pay it back a little while ago, but I am unable to log into my PayPal account, or reset my password.

My PayPal was linked to my Debit card, does this mean that they found out I am under 18 and decided to delete my account, or is it because of the small amount of debt?

I was intending to pay it back. I just don't know how I can, as now I cannot log into the account.

You should just contact Paypal instead of posting a thread here, I'm sure none of us works for Paypal so we are probably unable to help you buddy.

Check / Search your email for PayPal relative emails they've sent to you. Maybe they've sent you something about it.

Paypal do NOT close accounts. They simply limit an account.
Trillious turkey maybe? Turkey's been getting very north korea-ish over the past few months.
