Lol you dont need a bank to make one.

I made one but It wont work so I added my savings acc to it and I freaking got charged because I have to have $5 in my savings at all times and my paypal said there was $15 on it, stupid me didn't think that $5 as from the amount that had to be in my acc ;c

So yeah, I hate paypal and my freakin bank
