I want to start fresh and make a new paypal account in my parent's name since it's currently in my own name and I'm under 18. My current paypal is verified and it is NOT locked.

Would I be able to make a new paypal and link it to the same card as my current paypal? Or would it not allow it? My current paypal is not limited, I just want a new one.

It's called Familiar Fraud. Look it up.

If you were to say not pay something worth $1000 and let your balance go negative, it would be in your parents name not yours.
