He could get this confused with website customer service which isn't helpful and is the slowest thing in the world.
Do you want it done in 24 hours or 1 hour? Customer service is faster. If you think waiting is the way to go, good; but don't degrade my solution because you think yours is the sole answer.

You shouldn't because it's illegal. It's a part of the contract you agree to when you make an account that you're over 18, or a minor with an adult in charge of the account.
Then if we go by that, this whole site runs on the idea of doing something against Minecraft's EULA.
My point is, selling Minecraft and accounts of other games is against EULA, but there is nothing that will restrict you in selling them. (Only thing close is locked accounts)
But if we were to talk in legal terms of Paypal, you can't even get a verified account without being able to provide SSN, Bills, and Passport, which all need to show you being older than 18. This is the thing that is restricting you vs selling CoC accounts, which don't need any sort of verification.
TLDR: You don't need any sort of verification to sell CoC accounts, but you do need it to use your Paypal account efficiently. Big difference in identity fraud or providing a fake age and wanting efficient service, and selling accounts that don't even require any source of attention from their company.
