You can move it to your bank after a certain amount of time. But you can't use it normally until you're 18 as terms say

There are plenty of other ways to send money. Have you heard of a "debit card" before?

And I fully understand that, always have. I just needed a way to be able to accept money and stuff, and it never let me unless I had a bank card / account connected so I connected mine and now it's Limited. Should I take a photo of my password and blur the DOB? https://puu.sh/qWUrw/534bb2b639.png
