I take 24% charges for pin that are less than 50€, and for pin that are 50€ or more, the rates are at 14%.

This obviously is a legit thing. No it's not once you put the code it sends it to the op and you get nothing the paypal is there as a distraction It is really easy to find out. Don't use the site!
