PC and Monitor

Hey guys, I've been wanting a setup for a while. I was wondering if you guys could help me get one to fit my budget.

Budget: £900-£1000 (Roughly $1200-$1300)

I only need a PC and Monitor. On the PC I want to be able to play a few games but mainly development. The games I'd play are Rainbow Six Siege, Arma 3 and CS:GO.

If you're going to be playing Arma 3 you want a good CPU. Though that game will lag in multiplayer modes like King of the hill no matter how good your PC is.
