There isn't a software possible from to boost a PC, unless it's running with a performance lower than expected, but the OP didn't specified that so you can't download RAM

You can easily boost your overall performance by messing around with Windows settings and modifying the registry.[DOUBLEPOST=1562196666][/DOUBLEPOST]Also by getting an SSD.

You can try downloading ram from chrome. I downloaded 32 gigs and now my laptop with an i5 has over 50 gigs ram!
