I made a list for my friend as he wants to get a new PC setup for christmas this year and he has a budget of $1-2 thousand dollars. He said he wants to play Siege, Modern Warfare, and other shooters and just wants a system capable of playing whatever game he would want to play and a system capable of streaming with it all looking good as well

That’s the list I came up with. I told him if he would want to build he should go with this or if he would want to get it ordered straight to his door to user nzxt letsbld. Do you guys think this system will be able to handle any game he’d theoretically want to throw at it (he plays mostly shooters and some steam games, and rust is something he would want to play as well)

PebbleHost
High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

i would definitely recommend a higher end GPU. My build from NZXT was only about 1400 and had a seemingly much better list of parts. I used LETSBLD so I will link it below. (didnt include monitor)

I haven’t seen the new AMD GPU’s so I wouldn’t be updated on that. A 2070 super would increase the entire thing to around $1550 to $1750, would a RTX 2060 Super or a 2070 reg do?

1660 super is quite a bit cheaper and is only 4% slower than the 1660ti. It might be worth looking at. Glad you took my mx500 advice. LL120s apparently come in white if you want, though apparently it's not recommended to add fans to that nzxt case, something with negative pressure that I don't recall off the top of my head.

Edit: whoops, didn't see you were going for a higher-end gpu now.

Hm. What would be a better case? I’m pretty fond of NZXT cases but options are on the table

I like how the meshify c looks and airflow is great. It's actually bigger in person than the images let on. I personally use a lian li O11 dynamic because I'm using 2 360 rads to cool a cpu (beyond overkill ik) but you do you. I like the look of a clean case but nzxt's are just a bit too clean for my taste.
