PC HELP!!!

I downloaded windows onto my flash drive got the iso file. Then plugged it in and nothing happens. It says "An operating system wasn't found, try disconnecting any drive that dont contain on operating system."
I've unplugged my SSD. and tried it making my flash drive the primary, tried it ssd primary usb secondary. SO IDK WHAT TO DO????

Try to set your USB to primary when you launch your PC.
