A will drown for streaming and rendering, and won't get strong performance in games, albeit likely playable at 60Hz 1080p for those games. B should be ok, but not great, same with C. You're overspending on your motherboard on C, and using a network interface on the N standard is outdated and far from recommended.

A: I3 is better for optimisation and will not be able to give the graphics card its best performance. The chassis to be honest looks ugly and bad idea to choose a white and black theme if you are not going to include LEDs. Also, what will be your cooling option?

B: the Color scheme to me is black and red, but the graphics card is white and same goes for the motherboard? I am not sure if you are doing a tricolour but you should try and keep it dual. In terms of performance, CPU should be getting the GPU to its best performance, looks like a stable build for gaming.

C: a Perfect match between the CPU and GPU. The colour scheme is a nice black and green which you respected with the motherboard and the gaming GPU. This looks like a powerful computer and the best choice. I would recommend you go with water cooling for the CPU as it might get a little lousy otherwise.

A: 3/10 - Poor colour choice, not good for optimisation
B: 5/10 - Poor colour scheme

C: 8/10 - Good colour scheme and good GPU-CPU compatibility

Watercooling a non K Kabylake processor is an overkill. You will notice almost no differences between A and B. You'll have the best performance on C and it fits your needs the best.

Honestly a Hyper 212 EVO is absolute fine for anything besides the 7600K, 7700 and 7700K
