okay, so i am going to buy a gaming laptop, i can either have a 1060 or a 1070, however between the two in builds it costs around 400 more, is there that much of a difference

note that I would be playing
World War Z (when it comes out)
mc
league
maybe a few others

PebbleHost
High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

Honestly for 1080p, a 1060 is usually enough, especially for those lighter games you listed, but I have to agree with WiredUP, gaming on a laptop is horrendous. I spent at least 5 years gaming on a laptop in the same single location, rarely moving, and now wish I had a desktop pc this whole time. I don't think fancy graphics cards were squeeze into laptops at the time but still, get a full desktop if you're not moving around.

1060. But don't go for a laptop it's something you'll regret

the razerblade 15 has mixed reviews. go for an asus predator helios, you're literally getting a better product at a lower price
The razer blade 15 has a 1060 Max-Q, and it performs quite under the 1060. Ex: You'll get 70fps Ultra on PUBG on a 1060 but 50 on the Max-Q

I really want a laptop thought, im not a hardcore gamer, i only really play league and minecraft, i want something i can take out and and do work and game when i want to, but obviously with good fps, i am not interested in playing anything on ultra, I would stick to around medium-high, so do you think the razer blade 15 is a good idea

the razer blade 15 is over $1000

this is more suitable if you're playing league and mc and wanna run any other games.

Link doesn't show for me but I googled "amazon B07LF6BTWN" and assume you mean this. In which case, I advise against HP laptops completely unless they've redone their cooling because those fans will be going off constantly otherwise(Not right away but after a bit of usage, as in months even after regular cleaning). I've had better luck with my current Dell laptop and its fan(s) but I'm not gaming on a laptop anymore so take that with a grain of salt as laptops are going to get hot gaming either way. Razer is generally overpriced for what you get as you're mostly paying for the name but if it's what makes the OP happy, then, by all means, go for it.

It doesn't have to be an HP laptop but in general I'm advising him something around the $600-800 pricerange with a 1050 - 1050 ti. Razer is overpriced and it's way more power than he'll consume with a 1060 or 1070, he's playing Minecraft and League
