Surely you can get a windows key for cheaper than $50

& do you already have mouse & keyboard?
1. Ye probably, but I don't want to underestimate.

2. Mhmm.

Pretty much my exact setup with a few small differences:

I have 24GB Trident ram
I have the Ryzen 5 1600
I have an MSI card

If you want to stay under $1200 then I recommend sticking to what you have on your list already as there isn't much room for improvement and you can always upgrade your parts as time goes on. You will run decent graphic games max and most harder ones at high from my personal experience. Overall it looks fine. Just double check all your parts are compatible, which from looking at, seems like they do but would just confirm.

It's ok but buying 750w PSU is useless. For a GTX 1060/RX 580 550W are more than enough also if you oc the cpu.
You can save some money on the motherboard
https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813119138&Description=b450 plus&cm_re=b450_plus-_-13-119-138-_-Product <-- this is the same thing of B450 Strix
You can also buy a RX 580 and save another 50 USD (XFX RX 580 8GB GTS on amazon)
I also suggest buying a better case. NZXT H500 has very poor airflow. It's closed on front and on the top there is only one fan. Lots of 30-40 USD cases have better airflow than h500

I want to be able to upgrade it in the future without having to get a new psu.
No... that just looks ugly..

This one I did.
40 USD cases have better airflow than h500
It has good enough airflow, not to mention I already ordered everything anyways.

In the future GPUs and CPUs will be more power efficient than now. With better productive process such as 5nm and 7nm power consumption will be a lot lower.
In the future you will be able for sure to upgrade [DOUBLEPOST=1546381762][/DOUBLEPOST]

It looks ugly but b450 strix is overpriced. B450 Plus is the same motherboard of strix. Same mosfet. Same number of phases. Same heatsinks[DOUBLEPOST=1546381871][/DOUBLEPOST]

It's good enough but at the same price you can find better cases.
If you have already ordered it, you don't have to buy another one. It's ok

You could swap that 1060 with an evga 1070 as it has a pretty good sale at bhphotos right now. You'll be slightly over 1200 but worth the upgrade from what you originally have.

This one to be exact:
EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 SC GAMING Black Edition Graphics Card

i’d recommend going for either a 144hz monitor or a 240hz. personally, a 144hz would be better. other than that, everything looks okay
