This is my build right here... http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Contestant/saved/#view=3xWnTW
So, i recently built this... downloaded all the drivers. Everything is running smooth. But only problem is 200-600 fps is the min and max i get.... My friends are over here with like 750s and 960s running 800 and sometimes even 700 fps... I should be getting in the thousands... i have lowered all the settings and i still am getting shit.... Help anyone?

I don't know a whole lot about this subject, but are you running any cpu intensive programs while running the game?

You don't need over 60 FPS 9/10 times. Your monitor is likely 60 hz, or at max, 144hz. That means it can display 60 or 144 changes a second (frames) respectively, and anything over that would be needless.

All you need is 60. Your PC is performing better than expected.

If you'd like more FPS in Minecraft for whatever reason - then install Optifine.
