Pc problem

i turned on my pc and got this error messsge "your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart"

after that it just keeps restarting and going back to the error message

i searched google and yt on how to fix it and none of the tutorials worked.

I got this problem because of an update I think. I remember pressing update and shutdown before I turned off my pc.

you might have to reinstall windows from a flash drive.
Depending on which version you have, download the media creation tool from Microsoft and install it to a flash drive and boot it into your PC and run the windows installer. This will wipe your PC

Unless u have a back up
