16gb ram is enough lolBump your RAM up a bit from my suggestions.

It's not a great idea to recommend your own setup. Your intentions are good! But it's just a bad idea.If you have the money, go with this:

Let me know what you think.
Got a lot of good rep.
Greetings EckoCraft,
What games are going to be played on this computer? Already assumed Minecraft.
The hardware you select has a massive impact on your performance (obviously).
And will this computer have a secondary function such as: streaming, recording, editing, rendering, design?
I have some concern regarding the components you have selected, however, maybe your answer will shed some light on your decisions.
King regards,
Ares.

A couple of remarks/questions/concerns with the build you have listed.Hey I am thinking about playing Overwatch, Minecraft and Sims 4. Also I am also going to spend a lot of time on chrome
Alright thanks!A couple of remarks/questions/concerns with the build you have listed.
Processor
The i7-7700K is an unlocked processor. Something you are paring with a locked motherboard.
(*unlocked = you can overclock locked = no overclock)
(* overclock = pushing a component beyond its standard frequency to increase performance while sacrificing a bit of power and heat as well as endurance in the long run).
Overwatch, Minecraft and Sims 4 certainly do not require an i7. Honestly you'd be fine with an FX processor from AMD.
The i7-7700K is also a Kaby Lake processor while the H110 chipset is designed for Skylake. The MSI H110M Gaming motherboard would require a BIOS update using a Skylake processor.
(from my experience I had to update the bios using a skylake almost 90% of the time. with some awkward exceptions. but just assume you need a skylake to update the bios. wont get into the details on that)
Something I'd definitely recommend is taking a step back to an i5. Whether it's locked or unlocked is entirely up to you.
A few options based off of personal experience to go with in terms of processor and motherboard combination that will suit your build
Locked.
Option 1:
Intel i5-7500/ Intel i5-7600 + Gigabyte GA-H270M-DS3H
Option 2:
Intel i5-6500 / Intel i5-6400 + MSI H110M Gaming
Unlocked
Option 1:
Intel i5-7600K + MSI Z270 MORTAR
Option 2:
Intel i5-6500K + MSI Z170M
The price difference between the 7500/7600 is so small as well as the performance difference. Practically speaking you'd pay an extra 17 bucks for a higher GHz stock and turbo. Obviously there are various options to take. You could use an ASRock Xtreme motherboard over the MSI Z170M. Or an Asus STRIX Z270G instead of the MORTAR. All of those options work. The options I provided you with are from personal experience.
Storage
Something I noticed was you only have a single storage drive. I'm all for SSD's. However, I noticed that people who purchase an SSD would usually combine that with a 1TB (costs around 50 bucks USD) with the SSD for better storage options. And those who haven't tend to purchase one later on. But that's more of a personal preference to you of course.
In case you decide to obtain a second drive:
Western Digital Blue 1TB
Seagate 1TB
PSU (Power Supply)
The Corsair CXM 450W was probably the first PSU in my personal rig. It broke in a month. The capacitors on the CX and CS series aren't fantastic. The VS, CX and CS series are the worst from Corsair nowadays. Wouldn't recommend going with that particular PSU if you decide to overclock. It may work, but it's better to be safe than sorry. For 10 bucks more you have an EVGA Nova 650 Gold
Certified fully modular PSU. 650W is obviously overpowered for your computer. But I tend not to upgrade the PSU if it's in a good condition. The EVGA option can last for many years to come!

Because just throwing out a computer without any information is silly. How is it not a great idea?
I know how it runs and that it can deliver.
Read the post on the link.Because just throwing out a computer without any information is silly.Your intentions are good, don't get me wrong on that.
I understand what you typed.Read the post on the link.
Goes through tons of stuff that are good and possibly bad.
Temp's, FPS gains, etc...
Might you explain what is so silly about it? He gave a list of parts that can perform really well, all the specifications on the build and how it performed, as well as a little more in the post. You just said it was silly because it didn't have enough information, which it did, otherwise what did he leave out?I understand what you typed. And obviously I read it. To suggest it again is silly of you.
I'll let you believe what you typed.
Of course, not a problem. It contained information yes. However I'm looking for specifications such as what games he's going to play. It's also important to know someone's personal preference. If you have anything else to mention then feel free to message me privately as creating a scene on this thread isn't helping.Might you explain what is so silly about it?
