Alright, first off. I know a good portion about PC. but im looking for others opinions.
So I own a HP Envy 860-160se
i7-5820k ( Non overclockable ) Water cooled
GTX 960 2GB
2TB HDD
no ssd
16GB of ddr4 2133 Samsung Memory

My pc has 2 internal fans. one for the radiator, one for the GPU.
i have a 500W psu.
Heres what im thinking, buying a 1060 6gb(SUBJECT TO CHANGE). This case I have has a side panel with a 260 x 40 with holes and shit. So im thinking of DIYing 2 case fans onto the side to allow more airflow ( Theres NO where else case fans can NORMALLY be installed )

Right now my Disk is getting MAXED out due to all my programs.

So, SSD + GPU + 2 Case fans.

I run alot of games like Pubg ( 60fps at low settings, unoptimized ofc )
CSGO at 300 FPS ( easy and more cpu intensive )

WW2 COD beta. 60 Fps 57C on "Normal Settings"

UNIGINE heaven

DirexctX11 Quality is high Tessellation is normal Stereo3D none Multimonitor Disabled 4X AA Res 1920 1080

Getting 40-50 FPS at 80C

So i guess what im asking is, Do I get a 1060 6gb (these arent the only games i play) I do some light video editing every once in a while. nothing too Insane so i dont need a Titan XP lmfao. But Should I add the case fans on and would it do much? Id use SP Fans OFC but Eh. I know I need an SSD, but what SSD

Why do you have a k and don't overclock?
Since its a prebuilt by HP, its locked in the bios. Id need to get a new motherboard and or a new Copy of windows 10.[DOUBLEPOST=1507116696][/DOUBLEPOST]

The k means the processor has an unlocked multiplier, meaning you can overclock the CPU in the bios by simply increasing the CPU multiplier.

I would say definitely get a 1060 6GB if you have the money (dont bother with the 3GB). It's very much worth the money and an excellent future-proof budget card. I can run any recent game at 60 fps on high, and some even on Ultra.

Thanks for the help kiddo, thought, you didnt read the entire comments, which was 2. I cant overclock because I bought it from HP, meaning i cant OC it because its locked in the BIOS. which I cant access as far as ive tried[DOUBLEPOST=1507158485][/DOUBLEPOST]

Thanks. Any opinion on cooling? I mean, I think I could get 2 case fans on my Side panel. or do you know custom side panel manufacturers?
