Please provide more information. Anyone can create a part list and call it a day. That's a wrong method.

What will the computer be used for? Gaming? Editing? Streaming? Casual? 3D modelling?

If gaming, what games?

Does the budget include an operating system? Keyboard, mouse, etc.

Color? Large case, small case? Side panel window or not?

All those factors (and more) are important when determining what components suit you best.
