Pearling through fence gates.

Is there anyone that could configure something so I can make it so players can pearl through fence gates. Because I own a hcf network, and it's a high demand but I cant find any way to do it.

I tried it before it doesn't work. I was stating it is for 1.8 you will get errors and it won't work.
