I'm wondering is there any 'FREE' PearlThrough plugins like Velt where you can pearl thru string and fencegates

I do not think this is possible do to within a plugin, it has to be in the spigot.[DOUBLEPOST=1513070281][/DOUBLEPOST]

(Users on that spigot page seem to have no issues with it also)

Because that plugin is made for a different spigot version (pretty sure 1.8 or 1.9) and not 1.7

I believe this is possible to create. You can listen to when the ender pearl hits, and then teleport them one block forward from the block hit by the pearl. You can use the blockface to tell what block is one block forward. Then boom, he pearled through the fence gate/string.

Now on the other hand if you mean the pearl literally goes through, you can do this as well. When the pearl hits, spawn a new pearl on the other side and with a bit of math calculations based on the flight of the old pearl/pearl hit you can get the same speed, altitude and path as the old one would have if there was no block. Of course you would have to assign some sort of metadata to it so that you know who is gonna teleport when it hits.

To limit what block these 2 suggestions work for that's easy, you can either make it configurable so if any block in the list has been hit into works or hard code it so the block hit must be string or fence gates.

That being said I agree that the pearl cannot "literally travel through the block" with spigot, but you can definitely make this work with my suggestion and it would in fact work just as well.
