Peformance help (500+ players no lag)

Hi,

I'm looking for a person who is able to optimize my Minecraft server, so it is possible to have 500 players online at a time without tps lag of any kind. I am willing to offer $100 for the job.

The server concept is OP-Skyblock and our latest version of our OP-Skyblock server was running with TacoSpigot and with approximately 250+ players online with no lag.
Of course it would be much preffered if you have been working with optimizing OP-Skyblock servers in the past. If you are able to fulfil my request, feel free to reach out by replying to the post and be telling about your previous work. Also if you know anyone who might be interested in the job, it would be highly appreciated if you would notice them about my post.
