Pelican Plugin (Halo)

I just need something that's like if you run the command /pelican it will turn you invisible and will make you ride an armorstand wearing a sponge that can fly.
Crouch to go down
Space to go up
WASD are the direction keys.

It's a relatively small plugin so I don't expect to pay too much.

Well, I've tried coding, and I have a personal coder who is already busy coding stuff and I get progress updates all the time anyways. Now, without trying to sound like an asshole, don't come to this thread if you don't wanna do the shit it's either you do or you don't. But thanks for the input, I'll definitely think twice for future reference.

Just because you said its an easy small plugin ill do it for 0.39. Only because you said its easy and you don't expect to pay much
