Its pretty weird how people pass so many deals and money making opportunities due to these. For me, i usually pay via bank and it takes a long time for the bank to authorise my transaction. SO MANY people have scammed me because of this. Should this even be a thing? i mean if someone cancels the payment u can submit a scam report
