I am looking for some people that can work with me and other people to help create and run a server, I would, but I have a job that takes most of my time if you are interested just apply by clicking the link below. I will be more than happy to accept anyone's help, even if you want to just initially become a staff member I need to form a small staff team as well.

Positions OPEN:

Server Management
> Configure plugins
> Find plugins to use for the server
> Keep plugins updated
> Keep the server bug free
> Test plugins and make sure server functions properly
> Help maintain the server with staffing, hiring staff, and keeping the server clean

Developer
> Code new plugins as needed
> Maintain plugins that are coded
> Bug testing and keep plugins bug free
> Manage error codes and keep the server running smoothly

Server Staff
> Keep the chat clean and non-toxic
> Keep the server in order
> Prevent cheating, spamming, botting, etc.
> Take care of the players and help them
> Help with testing and development
> Maintain relationships with our players

The current plans:
UPDATE: We have our game mode chosen so I will give you guys a little info about our progress.

We are a Factions server, cheesy right? Well not really, because we have some really standout features. I don't want to share too much because I want the secrecy to add hype, but to give a little info, we have a really good factions system, and we are just needing to tweak some configs to perfect the server. We have really solid Anticheat and we have some incredibly cool and interesting plugins. If you are interested, just DM me on discord!

I don't have a current set idea for the game mode, we can all discuss what the game should or could be and work on getting it set up.

That's something you should have decided on before looking for staff. It looks to me like you put virtually no effort into this brainchild and are immediately turning to the market for help.

I appreciate the comment on my post by the way, but I do actually have a good idea! The server is now about 85% done and we are really close! I've put a lot of effort so far but I work full-time so I cannot do most of it, so I needed to gather a dedicated team that was willing to compromise by working on the server within some guidelines, and in return I pay for everything and they get to become my high ranking staff. I have a good team, and yes I got them using this exact thread, so please, before you insult someone just take a minute to think about the impact it could make. Seriously though, all things aside, I really just want to make a fun server that people can play on and just enjoy it. I don't care about the money or fame I could get, I care about having me and a group of people create something that's ours, and then share it with others. Either way, have a nice day man I thought I owed you an explanation because I thought you may believe we are unorganized or just an idea. I will update my thread for this purpose.
