People & Volunteer Team Lead (Recruitment Lead) URGENT

Hi All,

Due to a high volume of recent applications, I'm looking to bring in an additional People & Volunteer Team Lead to support a growing online project.

This is a voluntary role focused on helping manage and support a team of volunteers, particularly as we scale and onboard new members.

The role involves:

• Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
• Assisting with reviewing applications and conducting informal interviews
• Helping manage volunteer communication
• Maintaining a structured and organised onboarding process

This would suit someone who is:

• Organised and reliable
• A strong communicator
• Comfortable working with people
• Interested in gaining leadership/HR-style experience

This is an early stage but structured project with a strong focus on organisation, consistency, and long-term development.

While this is a voluntary position, it offers valuable experience and can be included on your CV, with references available where appropriate.
