i own a minecraft server and i have a other owner he has put a lot of money in to the server so he is a investor i guess but he is super inactive and has not reply to me for 2 weeks and a half

If someone is not competent on your team or is not trying to be good, tell them and try your best to explain them that if they don’t change they’ll likely be removed. What is lost is not lost forever unless you give up. However, if you truly put your heart and soul into it and they just aren’t interested, well they are not suited for the job.
