Splash Haven Resort is an exciting new waterpark currently under construction at multiple locations around Devon. As we build and expand, we’re looking for passionate individuals to join our People’s Services Team, Human Resources Team, and Marketing Team. These positions are perfect for anyone who wants to be part of something growing, dynamic, and fun, all while helping to create a world-class waterpark experience for our guests.

We’re Hiring for the Following Roles:

• People’s Services Team
  As part of the People’s Services team, you will help ensure that employees are supported and engaged, assist with recruitment, and work to create a positive environment within the resort.
• Human Resources Team
  In the HR team, you’ll be involved in talent acquisition, managing employee relations, developing policies, and supporting the growth and development of our team.
• Marketing Team
  The Marketing team will help promote the resort through social media, content creation, event planning, and brand development. You’ll be responsible for helping our resort make a splash in the market!

Key Responsibilities:

• People’s Services Team:
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate staff training and development programs
  • Help maintain a positive and supportive workplace culture
• Human Resources Team:
  • Manage employee relations and support workplace well-being
  • Help with recruitment and employee retention strategies
  • Oversee policy development and HR compliance
• Marketing Team:
  • Create engaging content across social media platforms
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and events
  • Develop strategies to build and enhance our brand presence
  • Develop Website Design / Create Website Design
