Per hour vps host?

So currently I am looking for a vps host that charges per hour as I only need a vps for a few hours to do some testing. If anyone knows any host that doesn't require credit card on sign up or doesn't require you to pay 'x' amount before even paying per hour than please post a comment with the host.

They require a $5 fee before being able to even pay per hour, which is something I don't want to do.

Since I can't edit my previous post now I forgot to mention that time4vps.eu works for me, even though it isn't hourly. No one can beat $2.28. Thanks for the recommendation of time4vps.
