Perfect AntiBot plugin (Bungee) or any help

Dear Mc-Market users,

The last 3 days have been an absolute nightmare for my network. I have tried a lot of methods to stop a botattack but it is just too strong. The botattack works as following, all users have names that are actually used on my network and all have unique ips. I've tried all antibot plugins on spigotmc and none seems to work against this attack. (Including AntiBotDeluxe and BotSentry)

I am getting more desperate every hour and I really have no idea what to do, I never harmed anyone or anything like that online
