Perfect Prison Server?

Hello there!

I have been trying to find a good prison server for ages now. But there's always at least one problem: The Staff is horrible, everyone is top rank, Enjin Forums (No go), low playerbase and etc.

So, just a good Prison server, with good, responsive Staff, Xenforo Forums, recently updated/reset server, a decent and active playerbase, a good community and that"s everything I need. It can also just be a Network. Doesn't need to be a Prison-only server. If someone has recommendations, or you would like to help me get started on one, reply to this thread (or PM me with your Skype) with the Forums Link, the Server IP and why you would recommend that server.
