If you watch subbed anime then the subtitles are obviously going to be in Japanese. Unless you are watching some weird ass Chinese show. How old are you anyways?

Ahh, also isn't Owari no Seraph good! I just finished the first season two nights ago and am on the second one. Great freakin storyline and the artwork is phenomenal.
