As Black Friday and Boxing Day is coming up, I would like to switch from my 4 year old 1.7ghz HP laptop that I can barely test my software on to a somewhat decent performance PC.
I have a budget of $750 but I’d like to spend and least $60 on some basic peripherals, so I have around $690 to spend on this PC.
Preferably no graphic card since that would be a waste of money for me. I prefer APU’s.
Must be able to run Minecraft + a MC server with 1GB RAM + IntelliJ without freezing lmfao

PebbleHost
High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

Are you looking for like a PCPartPicker list? If so, I can do my best and throw one together

EDIT: Here's one that I found if so, https://pcpartpicker.com/guide/rgj48d/modest-amd-gaming-build

Ryzen 5 2600 (pretty well-rounded CPU)
16GB DDR4-3000 Memory (okay speed)
500GB SSD, 2TB HDD

Although, it does have a graphics card, so you could probably just switch the CPU out for a Ryzen 3 with integrated graphics, or you can keep the graphics card since it's still under 690
