Introduction
Hello, I’m Elena, a sales associate at Peritio. We are currently in need of more sales associates. These are people who bring business to the company. This job is vital for the company to continue to grow. Ensure that all sales are tracked by giving them to the sales director for him/her to keep control of so the business to monitor trends. This job requires close work with different contractors within the company as well as the sales director.
Responsibilities
● Manage updates for clients’ commissions.
● Provide a good understanding of the client's product to Peritio contractors.
● Obtain extensive detail of needed service to ensure top quality results.
Bring in new clientele to the company through networking.
Requirements
● Time Management to ensure the job is done by the deadline for the client.
● Minimum 6-month experience in sales for a business (virtual or brick-and-mortar company).
● Good negotiation skills.
● Ability to be calm during stressful situations.
Payment
You will be paid based on commissions, so the more work you put in, the more you’ll get out. Typically you will get 10% of what the company makes from the purchase.
