permissionable EXP Boost

Hi, I am looking for a plugin to be made.

this plugin will basically give people EXP boosts based on a permission, for example expboost.25 would give a 25% exp boost, expboost.50 would give a 50% exp boost and so on.

for this to be made I am offering a vouch since this seems like a simple plugin, please contact me if you're interested
